You can read the Sooner website and buyer guides without creating an account. Some technical and analytics information is recorded when you visit, and additional information is collected only when you choose to use a form, contact us or begin an application.
Information used on the public website
The website can record standard technical information such as page views, browser and device information, approximate location derived from a network request, referral source and campaign parameters. We use this information to understand whether pages work, which buyer questions need clearer answers and whether a marketing journey led to an application.
Campaign and attribution details may be stored in the browser and carried between joinsooner.com and apply.joinsooner.com. This helps connect the first and most recent source of a visit with the application journey without asking the buyer to re-enter it.
Analytics and website diagnostics
The public website uses PostHog for product analytics and session-replay diagnostics. The implementation is configured to mask form inputs in replay. Replays and events help us identify broken journeys, confusing interactions and pages that do not work well on a device.
The website also uses advertising measurement. Identifiers and permitted event information may be used to understand whether an advertisement contributed to a visit or application. Detailed financial fields are not intended to be included in the advertising event payload.
When you contact us or apply
If you contact Sooner or begin an eligibility journey, we use the information you provide to answer the request, assess the journey you selected, maintain the conversation and coordinate relevant home-buying support. The application form should explain the information it needs at each step.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, card PINs or one-time security codes. Only provide identity, employment, financial or property documents through a channel and request you have verified with the official Sooner contact details.
Your choices and questions
Browser settings can limit cookies or stored website data, although doing so may affect attribution, saved progress or analytics. You can also ask the Sooner team what information is associated with your request, correct inaccurate information or raise a deletion or privacy question. Some information may need to be kept where required for an active transaction, legal obligation, security investigation or record of an agreement.
Email team@joinsooner.com with the subject “Privacy question.” Use the email address or phone number associated with your request and do not attach sensitive documents until the team confirms what is needed.

This page describes the public website and application journey at a high level. A specific agreement or application screen may provide additional information about a particular service, partner or required document. Where the two differ, ask for clarification before proceeding.
